Christmas At work

Today at work, everyone seems to be in a holiday mood..all seems so happy..

Not long after work starts, one of the accountant, Jean went around asking everyone wherether they want a tank top..it's free of charge, due to sports organisation purpose, there were plenty of spare tops left.. i took the pink, the pattern is nice and the material is good..it has a brand too but i can't remember what brand it is now but it's a sports brand..not those typical free and lousy material kind.. so lucky for us.

After asking around, Jean then gave each of us a Disney Characters biscuit round tin each..got milk butter & strawberry..i took the milk butter.. it's so gonna be my snack item during work..

After which we gather round the christmas tree and it's time to exchange our gift item..
I received a pair of ear-rings.. not bad quite nice though i must say it's not the pattern that i would go for.. Luckily no one at work have my MSN or Friendster..if not i am so gonna be smack.. and plus the giver never reveal who he or she was..Mysterious person...

Lunch time we went as a whole group, 15 of us to have our lunch at Soup Restaurant..

But as i was frantically searching the whole United square for an Atm machine..they went ahead and sat down first.. and to my sadness.. i sat at the table with most of the aunties..sigh..

The other group in which i usually have lunch with was sitting at the next table..while they were happily taking pictures..i was damn sian..felt so left out..damn..if i had not search for the stupid $@#! Atm, my lunch would have been enjoyable.. throughout the whole period, i pull a long face, sat there quietly and eat.. when it's was photo taking session for our table, it was basically impossible to smile..and i forcefully smile for the picture.

I was basically back to my real self.. and while walking back, i acted machiam like a da xiao jie, with a totally sian face walk at my own pace back to the office when the aunties were walking in front of me.. and one of them keep turning around to make sure i will not lose sight of them..

They never say a thing while waiting for the traffic light..one just comment that it's because i'm wearing high heels so causing me to walk slow. As the nice auntie walk beside me and started talking, i decide to get away with my mood swings and chatted with her while walking back..

Around 4pm plus..there was another gathering...this time round was eating log cake,choclates,chips and grape wine..those that have no alcoholic percentage.


A happening day indeed..and guess this partly happen as the manager was on urgent leave..
Neverthless, it was a fun day, really enjoyed myself and Thank God, i'm beginning to like my job more and more..

After work, went down to suntec to shop for the sotong exchange gift and stood inside the shop staring at the potential present for 15 mins and more asking for the shop assistant opinion.. as basically, i was kinda tired and my mind was basically blank as i stare at the stuff wondering to get it or not.

Suntec was filled with people despite the fact that today a weekday..

After tomorrow, i am so gonna have fun and enjoy Christmas..

Christmas is such a Joyous Celebration and i hate it when people change Christ-mas into X-mas..
